(white tent) is an installation that presents a contemporary symbol of social precariousness. A tent, painted in marble powder, is exposed and raised on a pedestal, creating the illusion of a  monument. The piece looks closely at a form of temporary refuge now prevalent in European urban space, a sign of the migratory flows to the continent. This forced recourse to camps points to a disturbing reality and raises questions about the distribution of spaces in the European social fabric. (white tent) subverts the traditional portrayal of the public sculpture as heroic or decorative, translating it into an allegory of failure.
